some of u guys have been wonderin bout my college experience.. well, here it is.. nothin covered up.. the absolute truth..
USC, my dream school, is all that i've envisioned it.. student-filled big classes, lots of school pride, really beautiful buildings, white folks (haha), and yes... there are boys down here for all u ladies up on that mountain.. well, what can i say - i've got the best of what education has to offer..
Last Monday-
BI0 - came to class lookin quite lost, didn't know what to expect.. i was excited that there were about 30 ppl in my class.. yay! not too big.. but once 9:10 came rollin in, so did literally hundreds of ppl.. i had about 500 classmates the first day.. met this frosh who's a complete genius..
BREAK - was so intimidated by the largeness of the school so i decided to take a nap in my car.. hahha.. yes! 3 hrs worth of sleepin.. good stuff..
CULTURE & HEALTH - ok small class.. good!.. sat in my own little corner.. yes, i was the first one.. i'm not doin my filipino habit of being late.. introduced myself to christal.. dr. nezami came in threatening us with a squirt gun.. what would u think if a teacher began squirtin ppl? yup.. part-ay!!! she's an awesome teacher.. very lively..
STATISTIC - who wouldn't be bored in this class.. dr. nezami taught us to snap with our pointer fingers.. i thought this was a statistics class not a dance one.. haha..
Last Tuesday
INTRO TO HEALTH PROMOTION - our class was moved to mudd hall.. i have not seen a building like this on campus.. it's fashioned into a monastery design.. i was truly flabbergasted.. i wanted to become a nun right there and then.. hahhaa.. the toppin of the icing was when my teacher dr. roybal walked right in, lookin lost.. all the students can't help but laugh.. hmm.. his looks? well, he had a gray suit on with the biggest red bow tie in the world.. omgoodness i just realized that he looks like PEE WEE herman..
Last Wednesday
looks like makin new friends is a toughy, but i'm gettin thru somehow..
Last Friday
packed & went to james's house to get picked up by kuya g.. eek! saw danielle.. haven't seen her since graduation.. how exciting.. caught up w/ new things.. too bad i had to leave & go to SCRC.. upon arrival at Portifino hotel, i was greeted by ivan, allan, & antonio.. funny boys.. we all ran up the stairs & claimed "our side" of the room..
I'm going to stop procrastinating ... once I get around to it.
